AI Visibility Tools That Cover Chinese AI Models: Engine-by-Engine Matrix
AI visibility tools that also cover Chinese AI models are a short list, and "cover" has to be read per engine: a tool may list DeepSeek but not Doubao, or sell DeepSeek as an add-on while its core plan is Western. The useful comparison is a matrix with one column per engine. Geolix.ai built the matrix from each vendor's public pages and the comparisons linked below. "Core" means listed as included; "add-on" means listed as extra cost; blank means not listed on the pages we checked.

Rows for ChinaRankAI, AIPOGEO, Tocanan and KAWO GEO come from our platform comparison, which reviewed official product pages and marks KAWO GEO's Qwen as qualified because its selector says coming soon while its FAQ says covered. GeoAhead's row is from its tools comparison, GeoEcho's from its buyer guide, and LLM Pulse's from its DeepSeek page. Western-only tools such as Profound, Semrush and Peec AI are omitted because GeoAhead's comparison and our Chinese AI search guide both record no Chinese-engine positioning on their public pages.
The two engines that separate tools
Geolix.ai sees Doubao and Tencent Yuanbao as the columns to read first, because DeepSeek is now common and Qwen nearly so.
Doubao is ByteDance's assistant and, by the QuestMobile 2025 figure cited in our guide, the largest at over 157 million monthly users. Tools that list DeepSeek and Qwen but not Doubao, such as Dageno in our comparison or LLM Pulse's add-on model, leave out the biggest consumer surface. Tencent Yuanbao is the one most often missing from otherwise full-coverage vendors: our comparison marks Tocanan as not documented for it, and it is absent from LLM Pulse's public list.
Kimi and Baidu are secondary columns. GeoAhead and GeoEcho list both; Geolix.ai does not, and a brand whose buyers use Kimi should weigh that.
What to verify beyond the matrix
Geolix.ai's comparison lists eight checks before buying a platform for Chinese engines; four decide most purchases.
- Live access on your prompts. Ask the vendor to run a client-written Simplified Chinese prompt on each Chinese engine during the demo. A listed engine that cannot be selected in the workspace today is a roadmap item.
- Surface. Record whether each result came from the consumer app, a web-search mode or a model API. Our comparison explains that a model API proves a tool can send prompts to a model family, not that the result matches what a buyer sees in the app.
- Plan inclusion. Confirm all the Chinese engines you need are in the tier you are buying, not add-ons. LLM Pulse's public page is the clearest example of an add-on model.
- Retention. Require the full answer, timestamp, engine label and citations for every run. The cited Zhihu or WeChat page is what you will need to fix.
Method and disclosure
This matrix is Geolix.ai's reading of public pages, with ourselves in the first row; it is not independent testing. A blank cell means the pages we checked did not list the engine, not that the vendor lacks it. Checked on September 11, 2026; engine lists change often enough that our own comparison re-checked Yuanbao coverage within the same month it was published.
